The Kellenberg Boys 4×400 Relay Team of Erik Brown, Joshua Michel, Jarrett Gilreath, and John Capozzoli ran to a season best at the Pennsylvania Relays in Philadelphia, PA. The Firebirds ran against teams from California, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and even one from St. Vincent and the Grenadines in the Caribbean. Back on Long Island Junior David Lozipone ran a career best 4:23 in the mile to take 2nd at the Nassau Coaches Invite at MacArthur High School in Levittown. Congratulations, boys!
