Evans Linzey took home double gold in the 55 and 300 meter dashes with his time in the 55 matching his own school record. Luke Franolic, CJ Peek, and Andrew Pesek set personal records in the 600 meter run. In the 1000 meter run, Daniel Meenan took home a bronze medal. In the mile run, Viktor Lorentz and Michael Gornstein set personal records. In the 300, many runners set personal records. Freshman Phenom Damion Gordon Jr. took home gold in the 55 and silver in the 300. A multitude of freshmen also set personal records in the 55 and 300. Christian Mahfood also took home a gold medal in the shot put and is currently undefeated in the freshman division. At the Armory, Coach Green’s “Jump U” has continued to thrive with Nicolas Baldwin, Danny Carsey, and Kevin O’Keefe emerging as consistent long jumpers. Ethan Linzey also set a huge personal record in the sophomore 200. The highlight of the break came in the 4×200 relay where your boys have once again qualified for the Nike Indoor Nationals.
